• We offer various retainer agreement packages with blocks of hours starting at 5 hours a month.  As a client, you benefit the most from a retainer agreement because you are guaranteed a set number of hours each month.  You will never have to be concerned about whether or not we have enough time to meet your needs.  If you go over the hours you have retained, you may add additional hours for the month provided they are available.
  • We require clients to sign a Work Agreement before work is started.   This agreements states that we have agreed on the hourly rate, the billing cycle, and that Zenith Business Solutions is working as an independent contractor (1099) and not as an employee.  The agreement also ensures our confidentiality.
  • Clients are billed on monthly basis for the upcoming month.  Invoices are sent via fax or email and payments are due upon receipt.
  • Billable hours are billed in 15-minute increments and are recorded using time tracking software.
  • Additional fees such as supplies, materials, and postage are not included in our rates and are billed separately.
  • We accept Paypal, business checks and money orders from local clients.  Clients who are not local may pay via Paypal.
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time.
  • Rates are subject to change and all existing clients will be notified in advance of any rate changes.
  • Our virtual assistant rates are $25 per hour for Administrative and Desktop Publishing services and $30 per hour for specialized services.

 

Privacy Policy:

  • No client information will be used for anything other than completion of services and billing.
  • All proprietary information is protected.
  • All client information will be kept up to date and accurate.
